About Me
My vision as a therapist is to hold myself accountable in working towards diversity, equity, inclusivity and belonging and am committed to creating a space that welcomes diversity in all its forms, recognising that it is the combination of different perspectives and life experiences that leads us to our best selves.
I welcome those from underrepresented backgrounds and culture and from all walks of life regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, physical impairment, socioeconomic background or age.
I have been involved with psychotherapy since 2003.
I have a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also have a Master in Philosophy and a BA in Dance Theatre.
I work both in English and Italian, which is my mother tongue.
I have a DBS check and I am a member of BACP and abide by its ethical code of practice.
My approach working with clients is integrative and transpersonal.
Sessions mainly involve talking, but breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation and creativity may also be useful.
